Special Education Services

Special education services are provided to eligible students in accordance with applicable federal laws, regulations, and state statutes. Our goal is to ensure that every student receives the support they need to thrive academically, socially, and emotionally.

Scarborough High School offers a range of programs designed to meet the diverse needs of our students, including:

  • In-Class Support

  • Dyslexia Intervention

  • SLL (Skills for Learning and Living)

  • SLC–Alternate (Structured Learning Class – Alternate Curriculum)

  • SLC–Standard (Structured Learning Class – Standard Curriculum)

  • PSI (Preparing Students for Intervention)

Each program is designed to provide individualized instruction and support in the least restrictive environment, while promoting student growth and success.
