Our Alumni

Scarborough High School proudly counts several distinguished Spartans among its alumni. Dwayne Bohac (Class of 1984) went on to serve as a member of the Texas House of Representatives representing District 138 in Harris County. Blas Elias (Class of 1986) made his mark as a professional drummer, performing with bands such as Slaughter, Trans‑Siberian Orchestra, and Blue Man Group. Another alumnus, Bobby Brock (also known as Bobby Rock), gained recognition as the drummer for Nelson and later collaborated with Lita Ford Wikipedia.

Additionally, Scarborough graduate Karen Michele Dufilho‑Rosen (Class of 1987) emerged as a successful film producer for Pixar, earning Oscars for short films like Geri’s Game and For the Birds, and is recognized among HISD’s distinguished alumni.

These Spartans showcase the diversity of achievement coming out of Scarborough, from public service to music and the arts, reflecting the school’s legacy of nurturing talent across multiple fields.
